Delivery Policy

BEANS Coffee Roaster, freshness is at the heart of every cup. Our delivery process is thoughtfully aligned with our roasting schedule to ensure your coffee reaches you at its best.

Processing Time

  • Roasted Coffee Beans Prepared and shipped within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation
  • Capsules, Drip Bags, and Merchandise Shipped within 1 business day

Shipping Schedule

  • Orders are shipped Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays.
  • Orders confirmed before 09:00 AM will be processed within the same day’s cycle.

Shipping Rates

Standard delivery starts from THB 40 nationwide. Shipping fees are automatically calculated at checkout based on order weight.

Estimated Delivery Time

Once dispatched, delivery typically takes :

  • Bangkok & Metropolitan Area : 1–2 business days- Upcountry Areas : 2–3 business days
  • Remote Areas / Islands : 3–5 business days Delivery times may vary depending on the courier.

Tracking

A tracking number will be sent to your email once your order has been shipped.

Receiving Your Order

We kindly recommend checking the parcel upon arrival. If visible damage is present, you may refuse the delivery and contact us immediately for assistance.

  • Return Policy

    BEANS Coffee Roaster, we approach every step with intention from roasting to the moment your coffee reaches your hands. If your order does not meet our standards or if any issue arises, we are always here to make it right under the following conditions.

    1. Coffee Beans

    All BEANS Coffee Roaster coffees are roasted to order to preserve peak freshness. For this reason, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges due to change of mind or incorrect orders.

    However, should an issue arise on our end, we will gladly offer a replacement or resolution in the following cases :

    • Incorrect item received
    • Product is not in consumable condition or has expired
    • Packaging is significantly damaged during transit, affecting product quality

    Please note: Kindly contact our team within 3 business days of receiving your order so we can assist you promptly.

    2. Merchandise

    For items such as drinkware, apparel, and other merchandise, exchanges or returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery under the following conditions :

    • Items must be unused and in perfect condition
    • All original packaging, tags, and components must be intact

    We reserve the right to decline returns or exchanges in cases of change of mind or incorrect orders.

    3. Damaged Parcels (Shipping Issues)

    To ensure a smooth and fair claims process, we kindly ask that you record a video while opening your package. This helps our team assess and resolve any issues quickly and accurately.

  • Refund Policy

    Refund Eligibility
    Refunds may be issued under the following circumstances :

    • The ordered item cannot be fulfilled and no replacement is available
    • Returned items have been inspected and meet our return conditions, and you prefer a refund over a replacement
    • Payment errors or order cancellations in accordance with our policy

    Refund Method

    All refunds will be processed via the original payment method through our secure payment partner (2C2P), ensuring accuracy and safety.

    • Credit / Debit Card

    Refunds will be issued back to the original card. Processing time is approximately 15–45 business days, depending on billing cycles and the issuing bank.

    • Mobile Banking, PromptPay, iBanking

    Refunds will be transferred back to the original account within approximately 7–14 business days.

    Notes

    • Business days exclude weekends and public holidays
    • Refund amounts reflect the net value after any applied discounts or benefits
    • For approved refunds due to change of mind, a payment processing fee (approximately 3–5%) may apply
