At BEANS, our baristas are more than coffee makers—they are storytellers, creators, and the heart of our café experience. As a barista, you’ll craft every cup with care while connecting with customers, making them feel welcome, and sharing the joy of specialty coffee.
What You’ll Do
- Prepare and serve coffee and beverages with consistency and quality
- Provide warm, friendly, and attentive customer service
- Educate customers about beans, brewing methods, and our seasonal offerings
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe working environment
- Support daily store operations, including stock management and opening/closing tasks

At BEANS, our Runner Baristas are an essential part of the café flow ensuring every cup reaches our guests seamlessly. More than support, they help create a smooth, welcoming experience by connecting the bar and the floor. As a Runner Barista, you’ll deliver each order with care, assist the team behind the bar, and engage with customers with warmth and attentiveness helping every moment feel considered and complete.
What You’ll Do- Perform assigned duties within the branch as directed by supervisor
- Ensure consistency in taste, presentation, and quality of all beverages
- Calibrate and maintain coffee machines, grinders, water filtration systems, and equipment
- Enforce brewing recipes and SOP standards across the team
- Troubleshoot coffee extraction issues (under/over extraction)
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area
Inspect quality and freshness of incoming raw materials - Monitor stock quality and ensure sufficient inventory levels
- Train new staff on equipment usage and beverage preparation (OJT)
Act as a role model in beverage quality, service, professionalism, and discipline - Strictly follow SOP and brand standards
What We’re Looking For
- Minimum 2–3 years of experience as a barista
- Strong knowledge of espresso and milk-based beverages
- Understanding of coffee extraction and flavor adjustment
- Good communication and training skills
- Able to work in shifts and under pressure
- Flexible to work at different branches or events as assigned

At BEANS, our Shop Managers are the heart of the café shaping both the team and the experience. They lead with intention, ensuring every detail, from coffee quality to customer service, reflects the standards we stand for. As a Shop Manager, you’ll guide and inspire the team, oversee daily operations, and create a space where both customers and staff feel genuinely welcomed. More than management, this role is about cultivating a consistent, thoughtful experience where every cup and every interaction feels just right.
What You’ll Do- Manage and drive store sales to achieve targets
- Control costs and minimize waste (utilities, raw materials, operations)
- Analyze sales to optimize staffing and productivity
- Supervise and manage Supervisors and Senior Baristas
- Recruit, train, and develop team members (OJT)
- Monitor staff performance and build a strong team environment
- Ensure service quality, beverage standards, and SOP compliance
Handle daily operations and resolve in-store issues - Maintain store cleanliness, readiness, and brand image
- Manage inventory and ensure proper stock levels
- Handle customer complaints and build customer relationships
- Execute company campaigns and prepare for audits
What We’re Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree in any field
- 2–3 years of experience as a café or restaurant manager
- Strong leadership, team management, and analytical skills
- Good communication skills
- Able to work in shifts, weekends, and holidays
- Knowledge of Specialty Coffee or F&B business

With care and precision, they bring out the character of every origin, ensuring each roast reflects both craft and intention. As a Coffee Roaster, you’ll oversee the roasting process, maintain consistency, and refine profiles that express the best of each bean. More than technique, this role is about sensitivity and discipline balancing data and intuition to deliver a cup that feels thoughtful, clear, and true to its origin
