  • Orders are prepared within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation. Delivery typically takes 1–5 business days, depending on location. A tracking number will be shared once shipped.

  • Coffee is roasted to order; returns are not accepted due to personal preference. If your order does not meet our standards, we are here to assist. Merchandise may be returned or exchanged within 7 days, provided items are unused and in original condition.

  • Please contact us within 3 business days at Beansadmin@kinduem.com or LINE: @beans.bkk, with photos or an unboxing video. We will make it right.

  • Orders may be cancelled prior to roasting or shipment. Kindly reach out as soon as possible.

  • Refunds are processed via the original payment method. Timing varies depending on the payment provider.
